Is anyone also having problems? I am all updated to 2009, all drivers updated. SFC reports no issues. Occasionally, when there's a crash my screen goes black for a few seconds.

As others have reported, the June 23rd update seems to have resolved the problem completely! I have done two OBS/Zoom sessions with the pen where normally it would have crashed 10x times but it crashed zero times. One session was on battery, one plugged in. I did not get the initial black screen, and I did not get the subsequent intermittent crashes that caused the Whiteboard to stop updating in OBS. Everything went smoothly. Yay!

    Hi there

I haven't used my pen weeks and decided to use it today.....and lo and behold, no crashes!

Happy to use my pen again!

    Cheers!

I don't use my rear or front camera regularly so I have not faced this problem.

Of course there are many problem report entries in my pro 7 which are automatically sent

to Microsoft, but none of them really annoyed me like this DWM.

Unfortunately you have to wait so that the number of complaints about your other issue

exceed an amount and Microsoft starts to resolve that...

The good news is that this problem seems to be resolved for me.

After the firmware and system updates on 23rd of June, black screen and crashes are gone.

I waited more than 2 weeks to make sure this issue does not happen again.

The last problem report entry in the log page is for 23rd of June.

hope you be in the same situation!

Yes, my last entry of this is also on June 23, one day before I did those updates. It look very much like this is resolved now, after several months. FINALLY!

I still have a different problem where my Pro 7 crashes (BSOD) after using the rear camera with the error PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. Do you use your rear camera regularly, and if yes, do you have this issue as well?

If you either don't use the rear camera or you have this issue as well, I'd appreciate you clicking "I've got the same question" on this: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/surfacepro-surfver_surfpro7-surftop_install/constant-pfnlistcorrupt-bsod-on-surface-pro-7/8d3d5565-450a-4487-99cb-01b7b37ea4c2

    Thanks
