Is anyone also having problems? I am all updated to 2009, all drivers updated. SFC reports no issues. Occasionally, when there's a crash my screen goes black for a few seconds.

Hello, I use Firefox and haven't had issues in the past with Surface until the updates happened:(

    Cheers!

Also, Surface Support seems to be aware of the issue now and told me they had passed it onto the Windows engineers so they could fix it. I just hope they hurry up a little.

Okay, but just to be clear, I don't mean changing anything recently but rather at all. Have you got Chrome installed or do you use Edge?

I have tried it today, it took hours to set everything up again, but it didn't help at all. Just to check, are there any weird things you have done with your Surfaces? Here's a list of suggestions, please say if you have done anything of the following:

    • Changed Chrome Flags (if yes, which ones)
    • Installed rather unusual Software (e.g. EdgeDeflector, Bitwarden)
    • Added Work or School Account
    • Changed any weird settings

That way, we can see if there is something we all have in common that could be the reason for this issue.

    Hi !

I am getting continuous crashes one after the other...waiting for new update from Microsoft which will fix this issue. I haven't changed or added anything at all!

    Cheers!
