Surface Pro 3 does not connect to recent Samsung Series 7 TV

Hi,

my Surface Pro 1 does connect well with my Samsung Smart TV series 7. However, my new Samsung Pro 3 wont connect. It finds the TV and then tries to establish connection and asks to wait - maybe the TV should not popup a PIN code - but that never happens and the connection times out. Interestingly the Surface Pro 3 gets listed in the Samsung network device settings and is set to "allowed" for connection but the Surface Pro 3 still wont connect. Note i have deployed all latest updates on Samsung TV as well as Surface Pro 3.

I would appreciate to get this working again.

    Same problem as the rest. TV and SP3 see each other but hang at connecting.

    Surface Pro 3

    Samsung UN40H5203

    both fully updated.

    I have exact the same Problem with SP3 and Samsung UE46H7080. All updates and newest Firmware everywhere. My PTV3000 works, but looses connection all 10 minutes.

    I also have the same problem. Just bought Samsung 7150 and even though SP3 sees and tries to connect to Samsung, they both time out .  Did anyone have solution yet?  I wasn't expecting my SP3 to have issues as I have been a very strong advocate of SP3 in my work place and with my friends.  Not a good sign of reliability since it applies to SP3 only.   Hope Microsoft responds with a solution soon.

    i have a Samsung UN65HU7250F with the same problem.i have done all the updates then the SP3 comes up asking for a WPS pin. After calling Samsung and searching the internet i cant find this PIN. some youtube video shows it on the screen but not for me. Am i suppose to get prompt for this WPS PIN or where can i disable this PIN?

    If the TV supports Miracast, then Charms, Devices, Project, Add a wireless

    display should find this TV. Is this what you tried?

    I can see my TV in the list of Devices (Samsung UE32EH5300), but it is accompanied by the message "Not Windows certified" and I cannot see my computer display on the TV. Is this message and the failure to mirror the PC and TV connected. Grateful for any advice.
