Finally, I was able to connect via Miracast to my Samsung UE50HU6900 using Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10565.
Surface Pro 3 does not connect to recent Samsung Series 7 TV
Hi,
my Surface Pro 1 does connect well with my Samsung Smart TV series 7. However, my new Samsung Pro 3 wont connect. It finds the TV and then tries to establish connection and asks to wait - maybe the TV should not popup a PIN code - but that never happens and the connection times out. Interestingly the Surface Pro 3 gets listed in the Samsung network device settings and is set to "allowed" for connection but the Surface Pro 3 still wont connect. Note i have deployed all latest updates on Samsung TV as well as Surface Pro 3.
I would appreciate to get this working again.
Thx,
Bernd

2015-09-12T12:50:29+00:00 That just is not true. I connect to my 52 inch Samsung TV (LN52B750U1F) via Miracast on my SP3 all the time.
