I can also confirm that on my UA48H6400, updating to 2129 makes my SP3 work.
Clearly this is a Samsung issue and they're addressing it in a round of updates for compatible TVs now.

Hi,
my Surface Pro 1 does connect well with my Samsung Smart TV series 7. However, my new Samsung Pro 3 wont connect. It finds the TV and then tries to establish connection and asks to wait - maybe the TV should not popup a PIN code - but that never happens and the connection times out. Interestingly the Surface Pro 3 gets listed in the Samsung network device settings and is set to "allowed" for connection but the Surface Pro 3 still wont connect. Note i have deployed all latest updates on Samsung TV as well as Surface Pro 3.
I would appreciate to get this working again.
Thx,
Bernd

Its scary to learn its not working with a higher version.
Knowing this, i have turned off auto update. I will continue to stay at version 2125. :)
I still have the problem and my version is 2130 :/
Thats weird. My software version was 2124 and then when i went in to do the check for updates the next available version was 2125.
Once I upgraded to it, I was able to able to project from my surface 2.
Sorry to hear that its not working for u.
How did you get it to work? I have software version 2130.
Not sure why its not working for you, especially considering you have an even newer software version. Is your Surface up to date with latest Microsoft updates?
Is the tv timing out when trying to connect?
