Yes.... had this issue since initial power up of a new Surface Go yesterday.
Incredibly frustrating.... bought the device as a compact alternative to a Pro 6. Just need Capture One & Chrome. All info at point of purchase showed switching out of S mode to be quick and easy... not the case.
If it's not sorted soon, guess it'll be going back as Unfit for Purpose.

Well, in the short term I guess that it's a case of sticking with it. The form factor of the GO is ideal, but the limitation is such that when my father-in-law added me to the family account so I could use Office365 HOME, the GO refused to install Office
from the link in the mail!!!!! I had to go into the App store to do it.
The sooner this butchered 10 S variant is taken out and shot, the better. It is languishing in pain.
