Unable to load "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in Microsoft Store

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Go for travel, and although I'm enjoying it thus far there is a need to switch out of S Mode to install one or two additional programs. I've followed all of the steps to reach the "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in the Microsoft Store, however, the page never loads. Instead, it shows a blank store screen. Is there any other method to reach this area of the store?

Additionally, I've tried prior to updating Windows and after updating Windows with no luck.

I have the same issue - brand new HP laptop, click on 'get' in the app store, and nothing happens..I I checked by trying download Chrome this morning, and nope - it hasn't magically switched out :(

Please if someone gets a fix, can you come back :) Thanks!

After spending 2 days trying to use the forums and contact support about the issue - one day it was just magically fixed?

I went to switch from S mode through the app store and pressing the 'GET' button did nothing. Turns out at some point my laptop had switched over, despite always getting an error message when I tried to do so for 2 days solid.

Double check if yours has switched over without you realising? There was literally nothing I did to fix it, one day it was just fine.

I also still have this problem - on a brand new ASUS Vivobook flip.

According to ASUS, I need to come out of S Mode to update drivers to get the keyboard and track pad working. But despite getting all the latest downloads, clicking on the 'Get' button results in the sum total of nothing happening.

This is very disappointing - wish I'd bought a Chromebook now

I get to this screen too, my "GET" button is blue but when I click on it absolutely nothing happens!!

Have updated store - running version 12001.1001.1.0

    Troubleshooting couldn't find a problem

Have been searching for hours to find a solution to a "simple switch out of S mode" that isn't so simple!! Seems this issue has been going on for months, why hasn't it been fixed?!?
