Unable to load "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in Microsoft Store

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Go for travel, and although I'm enjoying it thus far there is a need to switch out of S Mode to install one or two additional programs. I've followed all of the steps to reach the "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in the Microsoft Store, however, the page never loads. Instead, it shows a blank store screen. Is there any other method to reach this area of the store?

Additionally, I've tried prior to updating Windows and after updating Windows with no luck.

I have a Lenovo laptop just received today. I cannot switch out of S mode. Tells me that something is wrong and won't work. I have tried EVERYTHING that I have found on the net but nothing works. If I can't get S mode to turn off, I'm just going to return the laptop and find one that doesn't have S mode on it. S mode is the dumbest idea and most useless POS microshaft has ever come out with. Either tell me how to get rid of it, or I'm done with windows and will be switching to a mac. This is ****.

I have a galaxy book2 running snapdragon. the MS store opens and immediately closes. the solitaire collection does the same thing. I chatted with a couple techs today. after about 6 hours they finally had me restore windows 10 s

this did not fix the issue

I show version 11910.1001.4.0 for the store.

please assist with a solution, as my tablet is useless and an awfully expensive 1000.00 paperweight. unless Microsoft is planning to buy these since win 10 doesn't work
