Unable to load "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in Microsoft Store

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Go for travel, and although I'm enjoying it thus far there is a need to switch out of S Mode to install one or two additional programs. I've followed all of the steps to reach the "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in the Microsoft Store, however, the page never loads. Instead, it shows a blank store screen. Is there any other method to reach this area of the store?

Additionally, I've tried prior to updating Windows and after updating Windows with no luck.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear you are still having trouble. Is it just the Store app that is not updating or are other apps also having trouble? Here is what I suggest trying:

    Run the troubleshooter:

Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter

If that doesn't work try resetting the Store:

Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Apps and then from the list select Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset

More suggestions -> Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

    Hope this helps,

    Greg

    Greg,

I understand that this fix works for some people, but for me (and as I read thru several other threads) many others are still having trouble updating the Windows Store app.

Several times every day for the past week, I have tried and still no luck.  I have run windows update many times, I have rebooted many times, I have used the trouble shooter to force a reset of the store app, I have run wsreset to clear the cache, and obviously run the Windows Store "get updates" but still have version 11906.1001.18.0.

Please help us find a solution!

My store upgraded to the latest versión 11906.1001.24.0 in a new system the same issue imposible to switch out s mode.

It's pretty boring because we have to wait until you found any solution to this without a manual solution.
