Video calling always freezes

I am having a real issue with video freezing when I am connected to ANY wifi on Zoom, signal or just call video.
as soon as I shut wifi off it works perfectly. We even went and bought all new wifi equipment to see if it would help and it has not. Would love some input! (someone mentioned there is a chip inside the phone that could be damaged. Is this correct? Thanks for all your help!!

2022-04-16T17:00:28+00:00 I have a similar issue. It affects calls with Google meet and Facebook messenger as well. I get intermittent choppiness every 30 sec while on a video call. I haven't tried removing it from wifi. This doesn't affect my other devices.
