I am having a real issue with video freezing when I am connected to ANY wifi on Zoom, signal or just call video.
as soon as I shut wifi off it works perfectly. We even went and bought all new wifi equipment to see if it would help and it has not. Would love some input! (someone mentioned there is a chip inside the phone that could be damaged. Is this correct? Thanks for all your help!!

All evidence points to how the Surface Duo 2 handles (not well) streaming video chats after the update several months back. Microsoft, are you listening?
I'm seeing lots of video freezing on FB Messenger.
Mine neither. Apparently when I even go off wifi it is very pixalated. Very frustrating. Hope someone can help us with this issue.
I have a similar issue. It affects calls with Google meet and Facebook messenger as well. I get intermittent choppiness every 30 sec while on a video call. I haven't tried removing it from wifi. This doesn't affect my other devices.
