Surface Laptop 3 Rubber Feet

Recently got a Surface Laptop 3 and damaged the rubber feet. Just wondering if Microsoft sells replacement rubber feet.

You may order replacement feet online. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and register your device. After it is registered, select your device, select start service online and choose Accessory > Misc. Enter the description of the problem and your shipping address. Then pick the color of the feet to match your device.

If you still need help, please contact Surface support. An advocate will be able to assist and send you replacements for the missing feet.

    mine is in warranty so they want me to exchange the laptop ..so i have yo send in and then they will send me another one.  Who doesnt need their laptop?  A week or two without a laptop for two small dot feet.  Just doest make sense

    Bad design for a $1500 laptop.

    I have just contacted the UK service center:

    The very friendly CS agent told me that unfortunately I have a bad deal here:

     Microsoft is only offering 2 options:

    1. Go the the local pc repair store and let them fix me a few standard feet
    2. Exchange my laptop for a 500 GBP fee.

    WOW! :-( 

    Hi Microsoft,

    This is a very disappointing service for a design issue of a premium product that's still within guarantee.

    Let me suggest you some other customer friendly options:

    1. Let it repair and send us the invoice?
    2. offer a incentive in the form of a voucher for surface products.?

    Come, you can do better.....

    Same here in Spain. As soon the warm temperatures have started, the two feet near the fan eventually fell without me noticing and are lost. 

    Microsoft, please provide a replacement.

    Same story here.  New Surface 3 laptop, under warranty.  One of the rubber feet fell off and is lost. Microsoft must provide free replacements, mailed directly to owners.  

    Please deal with this problem, Microsoft.
