Recently got a Surface Laptop 3 and damaged the rubber feet. Just wondering if Microsoft sells replacement rubber feet.

You may order replacement feet online. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and register your device. After it is registered, select your device, select start service online and choose Accessory > Misc. Enter the description of the problem and your shipping address. Then pick the color of the feet to match your device.
If you still need help, please contact Surface support. An advocate will be able to assist and send you replacements for the missing feet.

Microsoft agreed to replace my laptop with certified Microsoft device .. my laptop is like new and i don't know what this means, is it refurbished ?!!
The replacement is not a brand new device which is released for retail but it is a device prepared by Microsoft solely for replacement purposes. And yes, you will be the first one to use the device.
I am very disappointed in this issue. I meant to glue the one in the back that kept coming off, but lost it before I had the chance. It is clear that Microsoft has washed their hands from this design. Who can part with their business computer for several weeks (plus reload all its data) while you send it off for a new machine? I bought a top of the line maxed out Surface 3 enterprise grade special order for over $2,500, which is more than I have ever paid for my Apple MacBooks, only to learn I have to replace the device entirely because a piece of rubber fell off. I only bought this because by employer does not allow us to use Mac equipment. Although it will cost you a fortune, at least Apple will sell you the part!
Same thing happened to one of my Laptop 3s at the office. Seems like a common issue without a easy fix... come on Microsoft!
I have the same problem, Surface laptop 3 13 inch under warranty in Australia. Microsoft advised me through the online chat that i have to keep using it like this as it does not affect the machine functionality!!
