Bluetooth Mouse lag

Recently bought the Surface Pro 128GB.

Having been annoyed by the temperament of the touchpad, I bought a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse.

What I've found is that, when copying data over a network, the bluetooth mouse begins to lag.

Using the touchpad/pen is unaffected.

Makes me wonder whether the Wireless NIC and Bluetooth Module are using the same bus and/or whether this is a known issue.

Same issue here with Surface Pro 2 and Wedge Touch Mouse (or razr orochi). Issue does not occur with the same mice on other devices on my network (galaxy tab 2 and two different windows 8 desktops). Really frustrating that a premium product like the Surface Pro 2 does not work properly with basic peripherals with bluetooth mice! This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I'm suspecting my intermittent laggy mouse occurs when SkyDrive fires up for transfers.  This started on day one with the Surface Pro with Windows 8 and Surface Wedge Mouse and continues with Windows 8.1.

I have a Surface Pro and I had the same problem: Bluetooth (Microsoft brand) mouse LAG while downloading from internet big amount of data (video or many web sites downloading at the same time).

I was able to fix the problem today by removing the mouse device and pairing it again.

I don't know if the problem will come back or not (it is working well just from today).

THE PROBLEM IS BACK AGAIN: mouse cursor lag move while downloading video or several web pages at the same time from internet.
