    The method you are defining is for home user not for corporate. We have thousands pc, tablets, can't stick usb key to refresh, we use pxe to reimage computer.

    Same Problem here,

    No luck with Aug.19th and Sep.9th firmware update!!!

    As the touch controller firmware is still version 426.27.66.0 (5.15.2014 released);

    When can we get the touch controller firmware update?

    some reason driver is there but it just not installing. I had to replaced Surface Pro3. If you go to MS store, they will take a look and if they can't resolved it, it will be replaced. that's how they did it mine.

    I had extracted (used DriverMax) surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware and put in one drive (it works on mine, but try it with your own risk)
