Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    i would go with #3. take SP3 to microsoft store, see if they can help you, if not they will replace it.

    For everyone thinking it doesn't cause any functionality problems.  It does actually, as mentioned by another in this thread.  The Surface Hub app doesn't recognize your pen when you go into the app.  Because of this, you can change the pen options for pressure, what it does when you click the button, and also the start button options.  All of which I want to change!

    yea and if you want to switch from onenote to onenote desktop for the double click you cant.

    Best to get it sorted now as the fix seems to be taking some time.

    In my experience it also means you can't change to a different keyboard - it won't detect it and install the driver properly.  Only the original keyboard will work that you used when you first booted up the Surface

    Pro 3.

    Still no update on the MSKB article.
