Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    I'm heading to my local Microsoft Store with the exact same issue. They insisted it was an issue that reimaging would fix but the yellow triangle is back. I'm going to ask for a replacement today and sit in the store while it does its updates. If the yellow triangle comes back I'll just keep asking for replacements. This is my 3rd Surface Pro 3. They also insist that this is only affecting a handful of users, but I fail to see how everyone they pull out of the box isn't having this issue.

    I plan to sit here as they open box after box. If I go through all the replacements I'll ask for a refund (I purchased in 6/2014) or I'll ask them to start opening retail boxes.

    My Surface Pro 3 has this yellow triangle for the Touch firmware. I was able to make it go away temporarily - it came back, as others have noted. What I wish to note is that otherwise, my Surface Pro 3 works very well. The touch screen works as I would expect. I have not found one thing it won't do that I expect it to.

    So, while it's annoying this silly yellow triangle is sitting in Device Manager - it's just that; a minor annoyance. My tablet works very well.
