Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    once I replaced mine earlier, my corporate bought about 20 surface pro 3. I had reimaged with mdt 2013 successfully....the only issue I had with pen and onenote, but I had figure it out. so its good so far.

    Wellll, I'm back again!! Got my new replacement surface pro 3 (due to the fact the first one would not/could not get rid of the yellow triangle - after 3 online chats and phone calls with MS support staff)! Got this one last week.  It went thru several updates about an hour ago and yes - the yellow triangle IS BACK!! ugghhhh!! WHY did I even bother getting another surface?  I am so frustrated right now I could just scream - although you couldn't hear me!! :)

    it looks like I have the "driver" (not sure if that is the right term) as everyone else - REV_1A31A36.  

    I'm still at work but will try some of the pointers further up in the thread once I get home and charge it to 100%.  I just hate that I have to go through this.  When you pay this much $$ for something you expect it to work without having to go through all these steps!! MS should take this off the market it if isn't going to work right!

    Sorry for all the !s but I am just really frustrated.  I'm not an IT person so some of this stuff is way over my head!! I just want my product that I paid for and for it to work!!
