Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    I am having the same exact issue.  After doing a firmware upgrade, the Surface Pro Touch controller firmware is not working.  I have tried to reload/update/reset/refresh, and still no luck.

    Well sir , I downloaded all drivers from here :

    Then I updated device firmware in the device manager. After that , touch controller firmware came up but it still not working ! I hope MS can solve this problem without replacing my surface.

    Phil101 I used MDT 2013 to reimage computer. But then i had done recovery (since i thought something is wrong in MDT)

    After spending 3 hours with MS tech on chat, finally she gave up and had replaced the PRO 3. When i wnet to MS Store and ask this guy if this happeing often, he mentioned PRO 2 had issue, since it is new, mine was first in the store.

    Hi all ,

    I have same issue , I lost Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware.

    its not appearing any more in device manager !.

    is there any downloadable link for that ?

    do I have to replace my surface or its can be resolved in other way ?
