Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    Mine seemed to work okay too. But then I had odd problems, my keyboard wouldn't work, pen was sporadic and the network on the dock didn't work.

    I'm inclined at this point to agree with you! I'm keeping what I have (my 2nd one) until they get the issue corrected. My machine works at the moment. When I get home I'm going to uninstall that driver and not perform that particular update until MS fixes it! So frustrating!

    My Surface Pro 3 has this yellow triangle for the Touch firmware. I was able to make it go away temporarily - it came back, as others have noted. What I wish to note is that otherwise, my Surface Pro 3 works very well. The touch screen works as I would expect. I have not found one thing it won't do that I expect it to.

    So, while it's annoying this silly yellow triangle is sitting in Device Manager - it's just that; a minor annoyance. My tablet works very well.

    I plan to sit here as they open box after box. If I go through all the replacements I'll ask for a refund (I purchased in 6/2014) or I'll ask them to start opening retail boxes.
