The nightmare continues...I'm chatting with Microsoft now and they will only send me a USED not NEW replacement.  What a crock.  I bought this new from Amazon in August and have been trying to work through the issues, I should have replaced it immediately as amazon only has a short window for replacement/refund.  This is the worst and last microsoft experience, going to apple next time, like I should have on this one.  Anyone out there having this problem, send it back ASAP, don't try to resolve it because it won't.  I even paid for a tech person to help me but issues still persist.

just send it back to amazon.

if you have issues just ring microsoft surface support and they will arrange for replacement over phone.

I assume you are amazon.com , normally they are ok for replacement.

Hey guys!  To say the least, this has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience I've ever had with a computer.  I bought it brand new from Amazon in August 2014 and have yet to be able to use it since it's riddled with bugs.  I'm a small organization with no IT support and trying to fix on my own with Microsoft Tech support is a waste of time.  Microsoft Tech support said the system refresh would fix the issue and if it didn't I could get a replacement.  Well, I tried the refresh which still didn't work and now my emails to MS Tech support about replacement are being ignored.  How did you all go about getting a new replacement?  Thanks!

Yeah, I bought mine from Purchasing Power (online employee discount shopping) so mine isn't an easy return either.  All of my replacements thus far have come directly through Microsoft.  But I keep getting that same bad batch! I think I may try it one more time - it's just so aggravating to have to clear everything out, send back and then wait for a new one, set it up again and then just to have that new one have the exact same problem.  :(  Thanks for all the feedback.
