Surface Pro 3 - Missing Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware after reimage

MDT 2013 - Windows 8.1 all updates.

Download surface Pro 3 firmware and driver http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 to mdt 2013 out of box driver. Reimaged it, but missing only one and most essential driver

Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware

without this driver, surface pro is just untouchable...can anyone help me to find this driver.

    I'm havungnthe same issue too! It stinks trying to type on screen and i need my keyboard! Anyone have any new updates to fix? Ms tech support couldn't help.  btw, I'm really regretting getting this, nothing but problems.

    Yes? I think so! I really like the device and it works fine even with the "yellow triangle."  However, if you get a replacement I would just try to make sure that it doesn't have the REV_1A31A36 Hardware ID.  

    It's just really frustrating that MS is not addressing this issue with it's customers.
