How to fix Authentication failed "?" on ethernet network adapter

My organization enable Network Access Control (NAC) Solution for Wired client.

When I connect to wired network sometimes, I can use but sometimes it's show "?" Authentication failed

Anyone facing this issue like me?

    Hi Rodelio

    I'm Project Manager who implemented this NAC solution. I also open case to Microsoft Business support. There're no progress but this issue has more impact on users and business operation.

    So I just need to find someone hit with the same experience on me and do anyone resolve this?
