Surface Pro 4, Screen Flickering, Shaking

Ok 1st how is it that "after careful examination, that a small percentage of surface pro 4 devices" CANT BE FIXED WHEN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE BUYER OF THIS LAPTOP CANT FIX IT AND IT'S ALL OVER YOUTUBE AND BLOG SITES! ARE YOU GUYS BLIND!!! At least now Microsoft sees this as a problem because I went to Microsoft in person when my flickering started about over a year ago and I had an appointment with Microsoft on 7/8/2017 and they said "your the only one with this problem and your warranty expired so you have to buy a new one and also we don't know what the problem is so we wouldn't know how to fix it anyway" I was so angry I wanted to throw the laptop away! Why would I re-purchase a laptop that is defective, that doesn't make sense to me! And I told the person helping me at Microsoft that many others are experiencing this problem and he didn't believe me which also made me angry. So now I see this post that you guys are replacing it with a REFURBISHED LAPTOP!!!!! We want brand new ones without this problem! Refurbished means that there was a problem with the laptop and was sent back and someone apparently "fixes" that problem but the problem always comes back with more problems!! Plus the tech guys already said "THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM!" So how could I send my NEW laptop that I purchased and get a REFURBISHED laptop?!?!?!? So then I want my REFUND and so does everyone else! I have wiped out the computer, uninstalled drivers, re-installed drivers, updated drivers, updated software and NOTHING FIXES IT! People are putting their surfaces into the FREEZER to stop this stupid flickering!!!! Like do we really need to resort to that!!! As I'm typing this the flickering is getting worse and giving me a headache. I believe we should get a REFUND for these laptops as refurbished computers are WAY CHEAPER than new computers as I paid over $1,400 for my surface that is a piece of a junk!! Also if this problem is due to the Windows 10 update, then wouldn't it make sense to fix the update or make a new one so people can stop yelling at you guys?? Then my other problem is the page "SURFACE PRO 4 SCREEN FLICKERS OR IS SCRAMBLED" was last updated May 18th, 2018, now most people like myself, bought the Surface close to it's release date of October 26th, 2015 so anyone that is just finding out about this post has only 3 weeks to send their laptop back before the 3 YEAR PURCHASE DATE IS UP. So why only 3 years? Because they know most people bought it 3 years ago this month and by the time they see this post and find out they could get a replacement, Microsoft will say "well....you purchased it over 3 years ago so we cant do anything about it and we STILL don't know how to fix it, so bye" First, Microsoft pro 4 purchasers should have been notified in some way that this post existed to get a chance for a replacement, if they wanted it, Second SEND A NEW COMPUTER (AND I WANT TO KEEP MY ORIGIANAL LAPTOP) OR A REFUND OF FULL PURCHASE PRICE!! I have trusted nothing but Microsoft for years and always told everyone to go to Microsoft over stupid Apple because Apple does the same thing and rips people off. So Microsoft has hit a new LOW AND HAS BECOME JUST LIKE APPLE.... JERKS AND THIEVES LEAVING PEOPLE ANGRY AND IN DEBT WITH REGRET! I really hope that someone responds to me because this issue deserves to be resolved with respect to the buyers! (refurbished products is NOT out of respect to the buyers, FYI), once again REFUND...

After this terrible experience, I've decided NEVER to buy anything made by MICROSOFT again. I took a loan to buy that load of rubbish called Surface Pro 4, and  it turned out to be a nightmare to me. I'm in Nigeria, so I know I'll never get a refund or replacement. I've tried to contact your customer support in Nigeria, but they never picked my calls. Can you imagine taking a loan to buy something you can't use happily, and you still have to repay the loan?

same with me here in Brunei, i took a loan for my SP4, yet in the end it is unusable. will never ever buy any products from Microsoft again, I'm done! there's a replacement program for the affected users, but they asked me to pay for it. mine not even over 2 years since i bought it. disappointing much.

The HP Spectre Folio looks very good, but its also costly, its above $1000. The HP Spectre x12 12" also looks good, and is more affordable. As for the Surface Pro 4, I wish you luck in your efforts to get a refund. I'm in Nigeria, so I know I'll never get a refund, and will never get a replacement. I'm still trying to repay the loan I took to buy that terrible nightmare called Surface Pro 4, a total piece of crap. I can't afford to buy another computer now. I'm just sad.
