Surface Pro 4, Screen Flickering, Shaking

I purchased SP4 device a few months ago and it was working fine for a month. Then I noticed that when the CPU is at its max, the screen flickers a bit. Investigating further revealed that it flickers even if it is setting idle. It does not flicker if at least one of the following thing is done:

  1. A video being played in browser 
  2. If I keep the touch screen busy by either taping it or keeping a finger on it
  3. If I use the touchpad
  4. If keyboard is used for typing

This resulted in making the device completely unusable while reading articles or ebooks. I am a developer, most of the time I have to read the code and to do that, I have to constantly keep a finger on the touch pad or the screen. I contacted surface support in October and November and was told that the developers are working on the patch. Looking at the updates the developers are pushing since then, I don't think anyone is even aware of the problem there.

Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem (and the fix) and if not, what's the procedure for the refund? I will rather go for a mac then sacrificing $2000+ for a dancing screen.

    Hi There!

    How do I get my Surface Pro 4 fixed? Where? 

    All those " Creating the best products and experiences for our customers is our top priority"  are ****. If Microsoft is genuine and sincere in taking charge of this problem then they should have setup a simple exchange arrangement for all the owner of SF 4. MS has all the data of their customer and why didn't they start contacting all the SP4 owner to request for a recall of the product ?

    I had tried calling the customer service and ended up asking me to pay for $640 for a replacement set and given only 90 days of warranty.

    So, my fast fix to the SP4 is to throw is away and never to buy any product from Microsoft ever. I am now informing anyone that I have a chance to talk to not to buy Surface and Microsoft product.

    Pardon, I was talking to Microsoft about their claim about producing the best.

    If you find the way to sue them let me know. I have paid 2047 euro for SP4 with keyboard. I want to ask them to peyback. I have paid all I had have and saved 4 years. I cannot sit down and look how they sold me a rubbish surface.

    I am not joking at all!

    I spent 2500€ in a I/ SF4 docking station included.

    I'll find a way to sue them,
