For anyone having an issue charging like I did try try getting a new charger. I’m not sure what happened to mine but I bought a new one and haven’t had an issue since.
Hi Jacob,
I just want to know. Was your surface on 0% when it was not charging?

Hello, I noticed today my surface book 2 does not charge while plugging in the charger. I tried both while docking the keyboard in laptop mode and in tablet mode but both does not show any indication of charging. I also noticed the charger does not light up that white led to indicate charging.

Hi,

return it and buy something non-Microsoft
Sell it to me, I will buy it. Probably a cord issue
I started having this issue couple of days ago with my SB2. I have two chargers, one at home and one at work. It first happened at home. And it started working again after a reboot. Today it happened at work. After reading all the comments here, I decided to use the Get Help app on the computer. It asked me to check the white LED indicator light and Windows Updates as you would expect, both were non-issues for me. Then it asked me to go to Device Manager and uninstall both battery drivers. Then do a rescan for new hardware. Plug in charger and voila, issue is fixed (at least for now). So it could just be a driver issue. Try these steps and see if this helps you guys.
