Surface book 2 not charging

Hello, I noticed today my surface book 2 does not charge while plugging in the charger. I tried both while docking the keyboard in laptop mode and in tablet mode but both does not show any indication of charging. I also noticed the charger does not light up that white led to indicate charging.

    Hello, 

    I purchased by surface book 2 a little over 6 months ago and the charger has stopped working as well. I have run through the troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to work. I messaged a page on facebook about help and they ran me through some steps and suggested I visit a Microsoft store but there are none located remotely near me. I would love some assistance.

    Contact support and have them send you a replacement AC adapter. In the mean time, use a usb C power source if you have one...

    IM SO SICK OF THIS $4000 LAPTOP HAVING ISSUES!  FIRST THE DISPLAY DRIVER DISSAPEARS RANDOMLY, NO THERE IS NOT A FIX FOR THIS, BEEN FOLLOWING A FIX WITH SOLUTIONS THAT DONT WORK FOR OVER A YEAR, NOW THE STUPID CHARGER ISNT CHARGING THE LAPTOP, ITS LIT UP BUT NOT CHARGING!  IM ON SURFACE BOOK # 4 NOW, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

    Sucks to hear for you :( 

    I got mine swapped out a long time ago and knock on wood have have 0 issuesso all don't suffer from power/driver issues.

    I just purchased by laptop yesterday.  The battery is very low and it had been plugged in overnight and did not charge.

    Please advise.
