Surface Pro 5 fan stops working after installing firmware update

Hi

I have a Surface Pro 2017, i7, 8GB, 256 but in recent month the fan is not turning on in any working condition. previously I can heard easily the sound of the fan but now its not turn on anyway.

    This issue is OS independent. It is either caused by hardware, such as a broken heat sensor, or a bug in firmware which executes the fan logic independently from OS. 

    My issues were half resolved with a newer firmware update, the prolonged high temperatures had caused a permanent degradation of the system, and the device was exchanged. After that I moved on to a Surface Pro 6.
