Hi, so today I have been playing some games: Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Alien Isolation. There were no problems with the CPU throttling. In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, when I'm in the village with a lot of people, the game really slows down, but not due to CPU trhottling. Alien Isolation runs perfect.
I was also doing some Zoom videoconference, and sharing screens and audio with some friends. Then, the CPU started to throttle and it came down to 599MHz. I didn't even reach very high temperatures (max 89degC) and when the CPU was at 599Mhz the temperatures were not even 60degC. It's true that the computer didn't stay locked at that CPU speed and it came back to normal speeds. See image below with the tempertatures and CPU speeds.
Now, my question is: is this normal? Does it happen to you too? Is this an issue with the SB3, or is it a bad optimization of Zoom?
