I took a look at your report. Normally, you would have a number of sessions in the green, with low drain at at least 95% and then suddenly you get high drain sessions, typically following the installation of a new software or a system configuration change. Buit that's not the case for you, pretty much all sessions (except 9 and 14) were high drain sessions.
Whatever happened that is causing the high drain happened earlier in the past than the last 3 days. So my advice would be to look at Programs and Features in the Control Panel and sort installs by date and see if anything got installed recently. You could try deinstalling and see if battery drain improves. Another possibility is if you have put some huge files on your OneDrive folders on the Surface. I believe OneDrive may keep uploading/downloading files even in sleep mode and that will obviously require wireless and disk drive power, leading to a higher battery drain.
Why does my Surface Pro 3 have high battery drain in sleep? I reinstalled drivers for WiFi, Bluetooth, firmware and nothing helped.
There are sleep and battery report from my Surface Pro 3: http://1drv.ms/1dVeTyQ Some time ago it didn't lose any % in sleep, but now more than 10 or 15 %.
