After about one week using the Surface Headphones 2, everything was working fine. It was connecting to my phone and computer, and sounding great. However, recently the headphones haven't been pairing to my computer. It still works for my phone. I followed different troubleshooting guides already, yet nothing has worked in reconnecting my headphones to my Macbook Pro. I restarted my macbook twice, did a factory reset on my headphones, and still, nothing has worked.
In the bluetooth settings on my computer, it shows the Surface Headphones on the connection settings, but when I click to connect, it just says that the connection failed. Or, it says it is connected, but when I try to play audio, it just plays through the computer speakers and not the headphone speakers. What should I do to troubleshoot this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Crest,
Thank you for the quick response.
The problem resolved itself. I turned off the headphones for a day and when I turned them on this morning, they connected to my Macbook.
Thanks,
Jason
Hi 19ZhangJB,
Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Community.
What is the current IOS build or version of your Macbook Pro? If it's IOS 12 or 13, then the Surface Headphone 2 should be compatible with your device when it comes to Bluetooth pairing. Is using the cord to connect the headphone to your device is also not working?
See Surface Headphones 2 Tech Specs for compatibility >> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/surface-headphones-2/8wq0bsx7g523?activetab=pivot:techspecstab
If in case you have followed all the troubleshooting steps from this link>>https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4491959/surface-fix-headphones-using-problems but still the Surface Headphone 2 is not pairing to your device, it's best to contact our **Microsoft Surface Support**to get further assistance in getting a replacement.
