I have just analyzed the drain on my Dell via powercfg, just open a cmd with admin rights, go to c:\temp for example and type in "powercfg sleepstudy" and there should be a statistics html file in c:\temp now which will tell you which processes woke up the
device and took how much CPU time while in connected standby. Here is a guide:

My statistics totally blamed Windows Photo app with 22 minutes total CPU runtime last connected standby... and several other things, a mostly broken WLAN wake mechanism, and oher stuff related to Windows. For example some of the upper programs: Cortana of
course, what else...
Nice thing is you cant totally disable Cortana and it is still totally broken for devices with connected standby and drains battery.
A normal drain btw is like I said ~0.3-0.35% per hour, which is defined by Microsoft for devices with connected standby.
