My SP4 gets very hot and drains the battery very fast even though it is asleep. I found it very hot in its sleeve and down to 28% earlier today. Found it dead later in the afternoon. This is one of MANY issues this device has.
(My SP4 is not part of the insider program)

Hi All,
We released an update on 2/17/2016 that addresses this issue.
We recommend that you install this update to keep your Surface performing its best. You can get updates now by checking Settings> Update & security> Windows Update.
To confirm the updates are installed, check Settings> Update & security> Windows Update> Advanced options> View your update history.

What should I do if I have all 3 exclamation marks on the items that you have posted as well as an exclamation mark on the "Surface Embedded Controller Firmware". Each exclamation mark's device status is: "This device cannot work properly until you restart your computer. (Code 14)"
I tried following the procedure with no results. The systems in the restart procedure, after shutdown the device will power on normally, display the surface logo, than the screen will go black for around 10-15 seconds, during this time the type cover back-light will still turn on if touched, after this the device will power off. From here I will have to manually power on the device with the power button, which usually results in a normal start up sequence with no updates applied, this can be confirmed via re-checking the device manager and all 4 items still have exclamation marks attached.

Just noticed this - although no exclamation in my SP4, I did check the driver date on all those three items and here is what I found...strangely I don't see any drive points to 2/17 update.

- Surface System Aggregator Firmware - 1/27/2016
- Surface UEFI - 1/29/2016
Should I install the update manually? Thanks for clarifying!
I also have no drivers from 2/17. Perhaps this is the root of the problem with the new fix? JOSH?????
Cool your jets. Those are the correct dates for the latest firmware upgrades from SurfacePro4_Win10_160401. Nothing strange about them at all. If you were to exam the zip file SurfacePro4_Win10_160401_0.zip you would find these dates in the inf files for each firmware update.
