Guys, apologies if this has been mentioned but we may have a (partial) solution, as discovered by kevinmyexp on this Reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/417hwr/sp4_sleepdrain_suddenly_get_fixed_on_mine/
Essentially, for some reason enabling Hyper-V in 'turn windows features on or off' seems to allow the system to enter DRIPS, with no CPU C0 time. I tested this last night with a 3 hour sleep before hibernate and the system lost 4% battery with a drain rate
of 550mWh. I am doing a longer test now, but for me 1-2% per hour is an acceptable sleep drain rate, considering my phone is somewhat similar. I have the 'stay connected to wifi' turned OFF for this also.
Something to note is that the first few times I tested this with a shorter sleep time of less than 30 mins the drain rate was higher. It seems that the system shifts into a deeper sleep after 30 mins or so. I am not sure of this though, and will keep you
updated.
