I am having this exact same problem with my stuido 2+ (about to return it) - verbatim.

I have run windows update, I have run the diagnostics tool, I have done the command prompt recommendation, I have uninstalled the network adaptor using device manager and then windows reinstalled. I then re-ran windows update. No other computers get this issue even when they are in the same room. Doesn't mater what browser I am using.

Main error I get is: Your connection was interrupted. A network change was detected. ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED.

I have only ever linked to one wifi network - new computer few days old.

I get this error even regardless of VPN.

Any suggestions?

You are using the device through Wi-Fi and while browsing the Internet, you are randomly presented with the "connection was interrupted" error, correct? If yes, may I know the exact error message that you are getting? If possible, take a screenshot of the error and share it to us here.

I would like to clarify also on the exact model of the Surface that you have. Is it a Surface Pro 2 or a Surface Studio 2 or Surface Studio 2+? Please see this page for reference: Find out which Surface model you have - Microsoft Support.
