Give up on MSFT - their hardware is terrible. Look at ASUS laptops - I had to buy one to replace my piece of sh#t Surface Pro. ASUS not as well known a brand but consensus seems to be they make quality products.
Yellow tint on Surface Book Screen
I have a really noticeable yellow tint stain on all sides of my Surface Book. I spent well over 3 grand roughly a year or two ago on this "State of the Art" machine and now this? I need this fixed - how do I get this resolved? If its past the time limits you still need to fix this issue, I have seen too many posts on this now and it seems like faulty equipment - not something we should have to have already on this machine we invested so much into!!

2020-04-20T11:36:34+00:00 I have a Surface Pro 4 that was a replacement for my original one. So this one was supplied by Microsoft out of warranty in May 2018. I now have the yellow streak at the bottom right of the screen when in landscape mode.
I have spoken to Microsoft who offer a replacement with a Surface Pro 5 for £558
Not sure what to do. I love the Surface Book but not sure I want to go down this road again.
One option is to buy a new Surface Pro to get the full warranty. Or maybe give up on Microsoft.....
Any advice?

2020-04-19T15:28:40+00:00 Go to a Microsoft store (after this Coronavirus mess) and go when the store has a lot of people. Voice your displeasure and get louder if you have to and they will want to get you out of the store. If you don't have a Microsoft Store, call them and don't get off until you have spoken to the supervisors. Tweet them, post Facebook messages ... don't allow them to force your hand. Fight them back, post pictures and insist they rectify the issue.

2020-04-19T09:06:28+00:00 Same ill experience with me too brother. Microsoft asked for 400$ for changing the screen. It's disgraceful. I am regretting each moment purchasing this flawed product. Should have brought MacBook.

2020-04-19T04:47:43+00:00 Warranty - no. I took it into a packed store and spoke kinda loud - they wanted me out ASAP and exchanged it on the spot.
