I have a surface studio 2 which is installed with an Intel Ethernet adapter (2) I219-v.  My office is wired to 1 gigabit connection.  All of the other computers in the office are downloading at over 900 mbps.  My computer, however wont go past 100 mbps.  I have tried resetting the adapter, the speed, downloading drivers, and the surface studio firmware.  all to no avail.  Does anyone have a solution?  Ive checked all the cables and everything else you can think of.

I had a similar issue, turned out swapping the cable for another labeled as CAT5E resolved the issue.   The other cable was older and not labeled, so no idea if it was just CAT 5 or CAT 5e or newer.
