Surface Pro Pen pressure sensitivity is not working in photoshop CS6.

Starting a new thread since Microsoft has abandoned the original one. Last we heard was that Hugo would ask that a beta driver be released. There was no follow up from Hugo or anyone from Microsoft.

Microsoft folks, why won't you give us meaningful updates?

I would like Microsoft to make special arrangements for those of us past the return date to return these devices for a full refund since they do not work as promised and the promised driver has not arrived. Speaking for myself, I bought this device in good faith, no disclosure was made that Adobe products would not work with pressure sensitivity and since that was a primary reason for selecting this device rather than something else and buying a separate Wacom tablet. Since no driver is available and Microsoft refuses to supply information or a beta driver, I would like to move on.

What a bone-headed move by Microsoft!  I want this product to succeed as much as the rest of you, but man, someone really dropped the ball on this one.  Photoshop is an industry standard.  Why would Microsoft not want it to be fully functional on their device?

Someone needs to get on here and provide a legit update with real information, expectations for a resolution, and how long it may take.  "We don't have anything new to share at this time" isn't cutting it after over a month of waiting.  I think the $1100 I spent on a product that doesn't work as advertised is a pretty good down payment on some explanations, so somebody needs to start sharing, even if it's bad news.  And really, I just don't get the secrecy.  Nothing could possibly make me any more dissatisfied than I already am unless it turns out no solution is forthcoming, so let's hear it.

At this point I think I've totally lost interest in Surface Pro, and Wacom pretty much confirmed that they're going to release their own tablet PC soon. I'd be willing to wait for Summer to get something that DOES work and was made with artists in mind.
