Surface Pro Pen pressure sensitivity is not working in photoshop CS6. Was anyone able to get their surface pro to use the pen pressure sensitivity? In my photoshop settings when i turn on Pen Pressure for brush settings i see a yellow exclamation mark next to each settings which has to do with pen pressure. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please let me know.

I'll volunteer as a Wintab driver beta tester too... unless maybe the driver is going to be built into the firmware and there won't be any way to go back to a good one.
It sounds like just adding Wacom driver support to the surface. That should theoretically fix all adobe apps as well as things like zbrush(my main reason for purchase was to use this on the go). I have faith that between Microsoft and Wacom they will fix it. The wait will kill me though. No person I know even uses stuff like Ink. All of the tablet features Microsoft has incorporated into windows are either ignored or turned off. I don't know anyone that has a tablet that actually uses them.
and for what it is worth, I'd rather have a driver *today* that had only wintab
support today and forgo the new whiz bang whatever MS has added for other apps.
I don't care about inking, sketchbook whatever, or any of the apps that take
advantage of these "new api's" nor do I care about "inking". I only need and
want support in the Adobe apps.

Thirded. Of there really is a driver being tested, make it available for public testing so we can give feedback on any program specific issues etc.
