Surface Pro Pen pressure sensitivity is not working in photoshop CS6.

I love my surface pro and I really want to recommend it to any artist out there. The only problem is the lack of wintab drivers. I mostly use it for ZBrush, but I have had to do some homework assignments in photoshop. The lack of pressure sensitivity really kills my workflow and slows me down a lot. ZBrush isn't as much of a problem because with the art dock combo changing intensity is easy and quick. But I use both programs often and it is a must in photoshop. 

If they don't get the wintab drivers soon I would recommend the Samsung Ativ Pro. My brother has it and he has pressure sensitivity and it is pretty nice little machine, I just don't like the plastic. I prefer the metal surface pro. In hindsight, I would have gotten the Ativ Pro instead just for the the usable pressure sensitivity. And I think the Ativ pro also the ink api from microsoft and the wintab drivers which I don't understand why the surface can't have them.

I am about to buy a convertible soon and luckily found this thrad.

All the Ultrabooks with pen interface look promising, but some of them more. So the Surface pro is from my behalf the most promising. Because I do much with Lightroom and Photoshop the pressure sensitivity is a MUST.

In Germany the release date of the surface pro will be somewhen in the second quarter of this year. If till then is no solution found i definitely have to chose one of its competitors.

as I read online the Samsung Ative Pro and the Asus Taichi will work with pressure sensitivity and have still impressive and portable hardware.

I hope for a solution, because the surface pro is an more impressive, sexy, nice little computer. It would be a shame to stick to that drivers downside.

PLEASE Give at least answer about the process on finding a solution!

 If every lurker following this thread for info would leave even one post about how pissed they are and how they want an immediate response, maybe we'd get a little more attention from the people that matter.

Signed up to post this and probably speaking on behalf of the majority of the lurking 7000.  I'm concerned about a stalemate and have decided to put purchasing the Surface Pro on hold until this specific feature becomes available.  Once Photoshop supports pressure sensitivity I will buy it.

When I first heard that MSP had a wacom screen I immediately wanted one until I saw the penny arcade video and learned that it didn't fully work for photoshop.  Now, it seems there is a stalemate with whom should put forth the resources to develop the driver.

Microsoft, you can resolve this immediately by giving official word that pressure sensitivity support in PS will exist at some point in the (hopefully) near future. That will be a confirmed sale for me.

I'm following this tread from the beginning. Here in France Surface pro should be avaible soon... hummm let say  I expect so as Microsoft is also making a lot of secret about that!

I'm particulary interrested in Surface Pro as a graphic tool. So of course full support in photoshop is absolut need for me.

Surface team realy need to answer our questions fast !
