Monitor stuck on displayport with 640x480
Hi all.. Today after I updated my surface pro, my monitor is stuck in a 640x480 resolution. Which is no good with a 49 inch Samsung monitor. If I plug in the HDMI, it works, but, resolution is not that good like it was on the Displayport. Any tips or tricks to get it working again? For some reason it shows 'Flat Panel, 640x480' when using display port, but the samsung drivers when using HDMI.
I am using the surface dock as well. I tried the displayport of the monitor with other computers and it's working fine. Not with surface. Really need help with this one!

2020-06-22T12:27:56+00:00 I guess Microsoft really doesnt care about the Surface line of products..
This should have been fixed by now. Easily been fixed.

2020-06-22T12:13:23+00:00 Did the same here, the external monitor is now usable (Philipx 349X7).
However, the monitor turns black for 3/4 seconds every now and then come back. (only the external one, not the surface one)
Don't know if anyone else is having the issue ?

2020-06-15T19:15:08+00:00 OK, fed up and finally reverted to the old version of the driver (25.20.100.7101).
Now my external monitor is back working.
It's not optimal, probably some bugs here or there, but at least the external monitor is ok now.
As usual, I cannot share the extracted files here so, send me an email at Gmail if you don't want to go through the hassle of extracting them from the MSI file. FWIW Windows Update is not replacing it with the newer version, yet.
Cheers.
