Thank you. Is the feedback hub app thru microsoft support? I am waiting for a call back from level 2 today and can ask him to do it?
Surface Pro 7 Slow WiFi
Hello everyone,
I am working with my new Surface Pro 7 i5 one or two days now and unfortunately, I still have severe wifi issues after installing all updates. Speed is between 0 and 1,250 kbit/s.
After searching for this issue, I found several entries describing this kind of problem and some workarounds like setting the MIMO Power Safe Mode to a different value. (as described here) I did all this but still, there is no improvement.
Any other suggestions on this? Is this a known bug? Is there a patch on its way? Is Microsoft working on this?
Any help is greatly appreaciated.
Thanks a lot
Tim

Type
feedback hub
into the search field and open the app from there.

2020-01-16T21:09:03+00:00 Thank you. I am so frustrated after weeks of dealing with this and paying nearly $1000 to have someone help me migrate my data (and may need to do it all over again). I’ll probably return machine. They shouldn’t be selling this machine with this problem not fixed after more than 6 months on the Surface Pro 7! Level 2 support never mentioned doing this hub piece and never asked me about router. It is so painful to slowly climb the MS support ladder. Weeks of this! They should be centralizing these calls. Thank you for listening.

constant slow Wifi, that is a different issue. You replied to a response to
timtos, and that person's issue may be different than yours. Please tell us if
you have this problem in multiple locations, if it only occurs when waking from
sleep. And provide the rest of the details. But you still need to file a
problem report.

@CindyOr: I can really understand your pain and I think you are absolutely right. Microsoft has to work on customer support. Sometimes, it feels a little bit like they are trying to keep you busy until you give up. ;) And sometimes it seems that they know more than they want to tell. But that is just a personal feeling…
Cheers,
