Surface Book 2 - Fans are noisy / loud after update

Hi,

I updated my surface book 2 (13 - i7 - 1050) today from the build 1809 to 1909 with all updates/firmware.

I have noticed that the behavior of the fans has changed.  My laptop got a lot noiser during load and even audible at idle.

Now the fans are extremely noisy/loud at load even when i'm changing the power modes (slider)

For example, on the previous build 1809, I was playing Witcher 3 in better performance mode and fan noise was perfectly acceptable.

Now regardless of the power mode, the fans are very loud.

I don't think i'm the only one with this problem.

The only solution found by the community is to restore a previous version ( build 1809 whose support will end at the end of the year).

I would like microsoft provide a real answer other than launching their diagnostic tool and i hope they will record it as an issue in order to follow the resolution. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4055398/surface-book-2-update-history

    My old surface pro 4 has the screen flicker problem, Microsoft refused to fix it. Now it's a paperweight.

    The SB2 had issues with the touchscreen on the main monitor when having a second display connected, it got fixed after like half a year, now there are serious lag issues when using skype for video conferencing and screen sharing, it feels like I'm using a pentium 3 with windows 2000 sometimes. 

    Now the fan is going crazy.

    I'm so tired of surface products at this point, I regret my purchase of both Surface products.

    I had battery issues after 2 weeks  of tech support  doing the same tests 

    I showed them  battery report which they forgot  to do 

    it showed the  battery had up to a 4 hour life expectancy 

    they have the same patter  and are told  not to give refund...

    best thing I can recommend is warn  people.

    if you are a better system try 

    samsung flip top or a asus zen book 

    better q uality  and better after service

    if you try  for a refund  or  a exchange  they will refuse  refund  and if your surface is  new  they will  send you a refurbish

    I have a surface go bought in march had nothing but problems. they are very uncooperative, and have decided to replace my surface go with a refurbish product a $699.00 product for a $1200 product.I wanted a refund they have refused stating Microsoft does not give refunds nor replace with new items. Um my device was new and had less than 1 week use. It is time to see a ombudsman to make a formal complaint., on how Microsoft is money hungry and takes advantage of the disabled and time to go public with it. I will be making many reviews about how microsoft handles. What microsoft does not understand it was bought through NDIS and so government may also take action folks beware Microsoft does not honour their word

    They have refused a refund

    as you see they have ripped off a disabled  person

    Microsoft is so money hungry

    I am going to talk to a ombudsman to handle it

    I have been on to  Microsoft  since  first week  poor quality devices
