Yes for sure, I was a trusting Sole when buying a Microsoft Product but now that has changed. When I had my Surface Pro 4 I did not really experience the BSOD, though it did get hot it never overheated to the point of having to shut down. When i upgraded to a Surface Pro 7 I was rudely confronted with the overheating issues. To date, all of the so called fixes that have been suggested (except an external fan/cooling system) have been a waist of our time.
Lets face it, we were taken and now we know better. Lets spread the word to all friends and enemies that they should not buy a Surface Product as it overheats and Microsoft will not do anything to help it's Loyal (not for long) customers...
