Surface Studio and Wake On Lan (WOL)

Has anyone been able to get WOL to work on a Surface Studio. It has a built in NIC which is configured to allow magic packets but I can't seem to get it to wake up. All of the latest patches and firmware have been installed.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for posting your query. Surface devices that run Windows 10, version 1607 or later, and use a Surface Ethernet adapter to connect to a wired network, are capable of Wake On LAN (WOL) from Connected Standby. The option to enable WOL for Surface Studio is currently not supported.

Here is the list of supported Surface devices for Wake On Lan:

Surface Book 2
Surface Pro with LTE Advanced (Model 1807)
Surface Pro (Model 1796)
Surface Laptop
Surface Book
Surface Pro 4
Surface 3
Surface Pro 3
Surface Ethernet adapter
Surface Dock
Surface Docking Station for Surface Pro 3

Is this not available for the surface studio? or at least a bios that allows you to wake on power loss like all other desktops? I routinely remote into to 5 surface studio devices across the country however when they go down it would be nice to be able to bring them up with WOL or auto recover on power loss that most desktop pcs come with. Thank you for your time.
