Surface Pro 7 WiFi says "Connected, no internet" when internet is working

My Surface Pro 7 has been disconnecting from the internet. It's still connected to my wifi network, but it says "Connected, no internet". The internet is working (connected to the same wifi) on my other devices, including my phone and my Surface Pro 3. Can anyone help?

    Same issue as the OP. Wifi drops randomly throughout the day, usually 4 or 5 times, most noticeable when watching YouTube or using Microsoft Teams vs regular browsing as it reconnects almost instantly.

    Happens at home and at work. I've tried switching off the power save mode like Reddit suggested via Device Manager, tried changing the Wifi bands and other trickery, nothing works.

    Right now doing the Diagnostic tool. Unfortunately am out of the States and not near a Microsoft store for the next few months but still within warranty so hoping the Wifi adapter can be replaced in-store or I'll send for service in a couple months.

    Love the device otherwise and it's the second Surface I've owned.

    We have Surface Laptop 3 with new intel chipset.  We have Ruckus AP's at work and the wifi works okay but as soon as we connect to pulse secure vpn client and start putting web traffic on the local LAN shuts down.  Internet still works but local connectivity is blocked.  Have opened ticket with pulse secure vendor, i am guessing incompatibility with intel driver and vpn  client.  We have 25 surface laptop 2's that use marvell chipset and no issues like this.  Was excited.to see MS finally use intel chipset in surface devices but seems like a bitnof driver maturity will be required.

    Suggest you file a problem report using the Feedback Hub App. Do you have the

    same issue when connecting to public wifi or a non Zyxel router?

    I am having a very similar issue where my surface pro 7 will remain connected to wifi and drop the internet connection. There does not seem to be a pattern to this. Internet will disconnect, and reconnect 3-5 minutes later without ever loosing wifi connection. All of my drivers are up to date. I am on a new router provided by century link. I believe the brand of the router is ZYXEL and the model number is C3000Z. All of my other devices, as well as my wifes devices remain connected to the internet while the surface just drops off.
