I have a surface pro 7 that I use 90% of the time for taking notes. I've noticed that about once every week, immediately after using the camera in Onenote for Windows 10 I get a PFN_LIST_CORRUPT blue screen. This happens when onenote is syncing with onedrive, after the camera app has shut down. This doesn't occur every time I use the camera, and so far I have only seen this BSOD while using onenote. 2021-05-28T11:30:15+00:00 It was an advanced exchange, so no, it's definitely a different device. I also compared the serial numbers. My support agent is pretty nice and really tries to help me (he is actually the best one in his department), so I will ask him for another option. I will also try calling Intel Support as they are the manufacturer of the camera and its drivers. Also, the Intel support is much better than Microsoft's in my experience, they have much more technical expertise and tried to help me with something that was probably not even related to them.

2021-05-29T12:23:52+00:00 Now I spoke to yet another Microsoft support agent who appears to work for a different company (the ones before were employed by Teleperformance Poland as far as I can tell). He told me that the issue is known and is on a list internally, but it isn't "confirmed". He said the department where the people who have a clue of what they're doing work will get back to him either tomorrow or Monday and I gave him every piece of information about the crashes that I had, so hopefully they will actually fix it.

Would it be possible ask him for Intel's precision-touch & stylus driver in charge of pen tracking? There's a project on github that's trying to port Linux to Surface devices and they're trying to get pen support to work for SP7s. At this point it appears Linux runs better than Windows even on Microsoft's own hardware.
