I don't know, it was just a random support agent, I don't think he had that much technical expertise. I think he wasn't even directly employed by Intel, but rather by Teleperformance UK or something like that. (I don't know why UK, I live in Germany and the guy spoke German, but the support times for all of Europe were in UK time zone)
constant PFN_LIST_CORRUPT BSOD on surface pro 7
I have a surface pro 7 that I use 90% of the time for taking notes. I've noticed that about once every week, immediately after using the camera in Onenote for Windows 10 I get a PFN_LIST_CORRUPT blue screen. This happens when onenote is syncing with onedrive, after the camera app has shut down. This doesn't occur every time I use the camera, and so far I have only seen this BSOD while using onenote. My four most recent minidump files can be found here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmXBsokKEXVkwBl\_KnsTW9XEo91w
Any solutions?

2021-07-22T09:25:51+00:00 Hi,
I've finally got some good news, for a change.
Yesterday and the day before that, two separate Microsoft support agents checked with the hardware team, and it turns out the issue isn't just known anymore, but it's known to be widespread and they have acknowledged that it is not a hardware issue, so they are working on a fix for it.

2021-08-03T02:35:19+00:00 Hey! Have you had any updates on a possible fix?
I am experiencing BSOD sometimes while using Zoom and facial recognition doesn't always work.
This is on a Surface Pro 7 that was purchased this month. Not sure what Windows 10 version the system came with but as part of setup I did a windows update and today I updated to 21H1 hoping for a fix but still experiencing problems.
