Sad thing is I've been on the phone with Microsoft tech support for a long time. Hours even. And they tell me that the only solution is to reset my entire computer. Which I don't think is the problem because I see other people having the same issue.
That being said they also tell me that I'm the only one that's ever reported this issue. I find that hard to believe as well.
You most definitely are not the only one with the issue. I was send a replacement that randomly restarted about 10 times within the first hour of use which I was only running Windows updates and the Diagnostics Tool Kit. The issue is the Ryzen processor.
People have returned their for one with the intel processor and that seemed to have resolved the issue. I have 8.0 GB RAM vs your 16. Microsoft support service has been playing dumb and I think they are well aware of
the issue. Some folks on this thread have talked about a possible class action lawsuit. Would you care to join?
