Surface Book 2 GPU Driver disappears randomly after May 2019 update

Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

There are some updates that were pushed to PRODUCTION today https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4055398/surface-book-2-update-history You do NOT need to join Insiders to get these.
October 2019 updates

2019-08-24T20:32:37+00:00 I have the possibility of doing a clean install of a version prior to 1803, a friend of mine who works in IT has the image file.
I'm considering doing it and then I'll update the Windows version to 1803 or 1809 , would this solve the dGPU issue?
wich version should I stick with 1803 or 1809 ? I could then prevent Windows from updating to 1903 right ??

2019-08-21T23:10:28+00:00 This question is marked as ANSWERED. Is anyone from Microsoft even looking at this? I've up-voted all problems related to the disconnecting GPU in the FEEDBACK Hub (windows-F on your keyboard). If you haven't already, please do.
I'm months behind on deliverables for a project that requires the 1903 features for windows mixed reality and I'm beyond my warranty period so I'm stuck. They've lost me and my company as future hardware customers. Glad they never launched a 'surface' phone.

2019-08-21T21:44:39+00:00 Yes, I was on latest build and latest drivers provided by Windows Update before going to 1903, I realized that the BSOD screens which started 2-3 days after updating were related to the new major version of Windows right after the 10 days offered to revert back.
