Surface Book 2 GPU Driver disappears randomly after May 2019 update

Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140

Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

When the issue is this critical, where you are completely prevented from working, you'd expect them to expedite the process.

However, I didn't expect Microsoft to take so long to fix this issue. I thought it might be a few days, or a couple of weeks at most, not nearly four months.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If you look at Microsoft's history with the SB and SB2, pretty much every major issue has taken them 6-12 months to acknowledge and resolve. A few days or couple of weeks LOL. Four months would be one of their speedier fixes if it is indeed fixed within that time frame.

Lets be clear: the throttling issue started BEFORE 1903. Microsoft just decided to acknowledge the issue now. I spent 40+ hours troubleshooting with Microsoft back in March/April before 1903 was available. I did try installing 1903 in May to see if it solved the issue and it did not. I have a strong suspicion the throttling issue was introduced in an earlier build or other windows update.
